TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC, also known as LDIM, located at 369 Main Street, Suite 1, Lewiston, ME, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of the website, which includes LittleDragonMed.com (the “Site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.

DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED

The Site is a health and wellness website.

The purpose of the website is to offer information regarding our private practice such as location, background, training, ways to contact us, treatments available, business hours, services offered, blog posts, and recommended books, articles, and other informational materials deemed of interest by the site owner. The Site also provides links to the patient portal where all service bookings, communication regarding personal health information, and other processes necessary for medical services take place. This Site does not provide medical advice or communications regarding your personal health information and is intended for informational purposes only.

Any and all visitors to the Site, whether registered or not, shall be deemed “users.” Once an individual registers for Services by creating an account, that user shall be considered a “member.”

All Services made available through the Site and any associated applications are the sole property of Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services at its sole discretion and shall not be liable for any such changes. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

Services are provided “AS IS”, and Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC assumes no responsibility for timeliness, missed delivery, deletion, or failure to store user communications or content.

REGISTRATION

To register, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Registration may require personal information including name, email address, date of birth, address, phone number, and related details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

False or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Children under the age of 13 may only access Services through a parent-created family account, and the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility.

CONDUCT

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit or transmit through the Services.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or disruptive activities, including but not limited to:

• Harassment or stalking

• Impersonation

• Intellectual property infringement

• Malware distribution

• Spam or unauthorized advertising

Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with legal authorities as required.

Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content for service operation and promotion.

Feedback or suggestions submitted become the property of Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC without obligation of compensation.

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate Services or user accounts at its discretion, with or without notice.

Termination may include loss of access and deletion of account data.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
Little Dragon Integrative Medicine LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Franklin County, Maine, or the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine.
